A little lovin’ in the kitchen

Pretty sure it’s a condition. I got it from my Mom. Whenever there’s a change we head for the closet. Or it could be just a drawer. I once dedicated an entire afternoon to my recipe box. Doesn’t really matter what it is as long as a few hours get spent in quiet cleaning madness. So school’s back on, the calendar’s back up and here I go. This time every year, never fails. It’s like a reset. Like a new years resolution only it’s September. It’s all good. The kitchen needed a little rescue from all the summer lovin’ anyway. Every drawer you opened looked the same, nothing was where it goes and my prized spice drawer looked like a 2 year old had been living in it. I don’t know how I make such a mess!

Oh sweet order – can you come and do mine?
Hahaha…oh you dont want me. Theres a reason these jobs take me 2 days!!! Im trying to get better…i really am! Thanks for stopping by!
Umm, the mess could have happened while your babysitter was there. She tried, but probably failed.
Oh, ya. I didn’t even think of that!!!
Love the organization and the Old Bay! I’m originlly a Marylander and I still put Old Bay on everything. Yum!
I steam seafood in it. Mostly tho, I love the design of the can! Man, Maryland CRAB! Yum! kimi.
I love how it’s still in a can–just feels old and vintage-y :P
I want my kitchen to look like yours- organized, vintage, and so fun. Miss you
Hahah…yours does…I’ve seen it! And mine only looks nice on picture day!!!!
Wow, definitely inherited. The entire family does the cleaning madness. My side of the family shoves everything in a bag.
Hahahahahaa!!!!
Just finished washing down the kitchen cabinets and adjoining walls. Great feeling!!
Ha!!! OK. It’s definitely inherited. Bren did the same thing this week! LOVE you!!!!! k.
Agreed! Last week I spent two days going through three file boxes. Just got a box of sheet protectors in the mail. It’s time to tackle the stacks of sheet music piled up by the piano.
Ya Jenny!!! GO!!
I need to take on a little cleaning madness – where to start, where to start–where not to start?
THAT is the question!
very good!
My cleaning madness was wiping down walls…it was a summer full of spider climbing the walls…ugh!
Hahahah….I was gonna ask! k.
