Deeelish Blueberry muffins

These are moist and super tasty!

Deeelish Blueberry Muffins

3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar (can reduce by 1/4 c. if you want, I do.)
3/4 c. milk (I use buttermilk, so good!)
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 teas. baking powder
1/2 teas. salt

1 cup blueberries
1 Tablespoon flour

Mix dry stuff in a bowl and all the wet stuff in a bowl. (I use buttermilk instead of milk.  It makes them even better!) Mix the 2 together. Stir just til all the flour is moistened.

Toss blueberries with 1 T. of flour then lightly stir them into the batter. Spoon batter into tins and top with a crumbly streusel topping. (I’ve never written this part down but here’s what I do. Use about 1/2 cube butter, 1/2 c. flour and 1-2 Tablespoons  sugar. Cut butter into flour and sugar til it’s crumbly.  May need to add more butter or flour or sugar….you be the judge. Go big!)

Makes 1 dozen. Don’t bake a second over 20 min. Happy baking!

Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
